Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline
  • proficient use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions and corporate events including scheduling, venue coordination, catering, technical setup
  • Provide customer service support by communicating training information to associates and answering associate questions
  • Assist in creating and updating training materials including communications, handouts, PowerPoints, eLearning, evaluations, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with departments and external partners to find resources and coordinate events including sourcing and managing vendors
  • Serve as a virtual producer and technical support for virtual meetings in Teams or other platforms including managing breakout rooms, polling, and troubleshooting
  • Collect feedback and metrics post-event to improve training and event delivery
  • Maintain training records in the Learning Management System
  • Recommend new processes to improve efficiency
  • Communicate and champion departmental programs and company-wide initiatives
  • Serve as backup to training functions
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
