Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline
- proficient use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

- legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

Job Duties
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions and corporate events including scheduling, venue coordination, catering, technical setup
- Provide customer service support by communicating training information to associates and answering associate questions
- Assist in creating and updating training materials including communications, handouts, PowerPoints, eLearning, evaluations, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with departments and external partners to find resources and coordinate events including sourcing and managing vendors
- Serve as a virtual producer and technical support for virtual meetings in Teams or other platforms including managing breakout rooms, polling, and troubleshooting
- Collect feedback and metrics post-event to improve training and event delivery
- Maintain training records in the Learning Management System
- Recommend new processes to improve efficiency
- Communicate and champion departmental programs and company-wide initiatives
- Serve as backup to training functions
- Perform all other duties as assigned
