Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
- Valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to select, train, guide, and motivate employees
- Working knowledge of PCs and software applications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
- Possess legal right to work in the United States

- Valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to select, train, guide, and motivate employees
- Working knowledge of PCs and software applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English

Job Duties
- Provide hands-on instruction for Envoy Initial Ramp Training
- Be proficient in all work locations performed by fleet service clerks
- Teach all aircraft ground handling functions, including dispatch of aircraft with Lektro Tug units
- Adhere strictly to all EGOM and Envoy rules, regulations, and safety policies
- Conduct orientation, assist with classroom instruction, and complete all training modules and monitoring forms for new hires
- Perform training on the airfield under all weather conditions
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritize work and projects to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking skills
- Work with minimal supervision, report regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated
