Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license or passport
  • Some license restrictions may prohibit candidacy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Must be self-motivated and reliable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to select, train, guide, and motivate employees
  • Working knowledge of PC's and software applications
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Legal right to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Provide hands-on instruction for Envoy Initial Ramp Training
  • Be proficient in all work locations performed by fleet service clerks
  • Teach all aircraft ground handling functions, including dispatch with Lektro Tug units
  • Adhere strictly to EGOM and Envoy rules, regulations, and safety policies
  • Orient new hire employees and assist with classroom instruction
  • Complete training modules, daily logs, and monitoring forms for new hires
  • Work in a team environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking skills
  • Work with minimal supervision and maintain regular punctual attendance
