Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license or passport
- Some license restrictions may prohibit candidacy
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Must be self-motivated and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Ability to select, train, guide, and motivate employees
- Working knowledge of PC's and software applications
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Legal right to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Provide hands-on instruction for Envoy Initial Ramp Training
- Be proficient in all work locations performed by fleet service clerks
- Teach all aircraft ground handling functions, including dispatch with Lektro Tug units
- Adhere strictly to EGOM and Envoy rules, regulations, and safety policies
- Orient new hire employees and assist with classroom instruction
- Complete training modules, daily logs, and monitoring forms for new hires
- Work in a team environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking skills
- Work with minimal supervision and maintain regular punctual attendance
