Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license or passport
- Some license restrictions may prohibit candidacy
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Working knowledge of PCs and software applications
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Must read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
- Legal right to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide hands-on instruction for Envoy initial ramp training
- Be proficient in all work locations performed by fleet service clerks
- Teach all aircraft ground handling functions including dispatch with Lektro Tug units
- Ensure strict adherence to EGOM and Envoy rules, regulations, and safety policies
- Conduct orientation and assist with classroom instruction for new hires
- Complete all training modules, daily logs, and monitoring forms
- Work in various weather conditions on the airfield
- Prioritize work and projects to meet competing deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking skills
- Work with minimal supervision and maintain punctuality
