Job Requirements
- Education with a BA or BS degree
- At least 8 years of related military experience
- Possession of current SECRET security clearance
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of monitoring security systems and alarm procedures
- US citizenship
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work onsite at USA NC Fort Bragg
- Ability to occasionally travel less than 10%
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Eight or more years of relevant military experience
- Basic knowledge of principles and techniques used in alarm monitor procedures
- Competency with relevant training or technical subject matter
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Current SECRET security clearance
- Ability to work onsite with flexibility for occasional night or weekend shifts
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
Job Duties
- Prepare and deliver Mission Command training based on event and exercise plans
- Plan, coordinate, and execute collective Mission Command training
- Assist unit leadership in planning individual and collective training and identify resource or training gaps
- Update training support packages and maintain a repository of relevant tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Develop training methods and materials including curriculum, lectures, and computer-based aids
- Participate in planning meetings to coordinate training plans, facilities, and systems
- Provide training and simulation support within multiple functional areas
- Achieve and maintain Basic and SME Certification and participate in professional development
- Lead planning or operational workgroups and mentor other trainers
