Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Current and able to maintain Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Basic knowledge of alarm monitor procedures
  • Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work scheduled hours including possible nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
  • Ability to work onsite at Fort Bragg and other designated MTC locations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • 8+ years of relevant military or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of security system monitoring methods and alarm monitor procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex training events
  • Experience with training development and instructional design
  • Ability to integrate multiple training technologies and systems
  • Certification or willingness to achieve Subject Matter Expert status
  • U.S. citizenship

Job Duties

  • Prepares and delivers Mission Command training based on event or exercise plans
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes collective Mission Command training
  • Assists unit leadership in planning individual and collective training that meets their objectives and addresses gaps
  • Updates training support packages and products
  • Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Develops training methods and materials including curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids
  • Participates in planning meetings to coordinate training plans, methods, facilities, and systems
  • Integrates live, virtual, constructive, command and control capabilities within training environments
  • Provides over the shoulder training and simulation support within assigned functional areas
  • Achieves and maintains Basic and Subject Matter Expert Certifications
  • Participates in special projects and leads planning or operational workgroups as needed
  • Mentors other MTC trainers and customer personnel
