Job Requirements

  • Current SECRET security clearance
  • US citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum 8 years of related military experience
  • Basic knowledge of alarm monitoring procedures
  • Basic understanding of security systems monitoring principles
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
  • Availability to work scheduled hours including potential nights or weekends
  • Willingness to work onsite at XVIII Airborne Corps MTCs (Fort Liberty, Campbell, Drum, Stewart)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant military experience
  • Basic knowledge of alarm monitoring principles, methods, and techniques
  • Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or subject matter
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
  • Experience in training development and delivery
  • Proven ability to manage multiple training events and logistical planning

Job Duties

  • Prepares and delivers Mission Command training based on event/exercise plans
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes collective Mission Command training
  • Assists unit leadership in planning individual and collective training to meet objectives
  • Identifies and ensures gaps in resources, training, or equipment are addressed
  • Updates training support packages and maintains a repository of relevant tactics, techniques, and procedures
  • Develops training methods and materials including curriculum, lectures, and computer-based aids
  • Participates in planning meetings and coordinates training plans, methods, facilities, and systems
  • Integrates Live, Virtual, Constructive, Command and Control capabilities within training environments
  • Provides over the shoulder training and simulation/stimulation support within assigned functional areas
  • Achieves and maintains Basic and Subject Matter Expert Certification and annual re-certifications
  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
  • May lead workgroups and mentor customer personnel and other trainers
