Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Current Secret security clearance
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • Basic knowledge of principles, methods and techniques used in monitoring security systems
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite at XVIII Airborne Corps MTCs (Fort Liberty, Campbell, Drum, Stewart)
  • Ability to work normal schedule 0730-1600 with availability for night or weekend shifts
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • 8+ years of relevant military experience
  • Basic knowledge of alarm monitor procedures
  • Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Ability to plan and execute collective training
  • Experience with risk management frameworks
  • Current Secret security clearance

Job Duties

  • Prepares and delivers Mission Command training based on event or exercise plans
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes collective Mission Command training
  • Assists unit leadership in planning individual and collective training and identifies any gaps
  • Updates training support packages and maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant tactics, techniques, and procedures
  • Supports Unit Commander's training objectives by developing methods and materials such as curriculum and computer-based aids
  • Participates in planning meetings and schedules facilities and systems for training events
  • Integrates live, virtual, constructive, command and control capabilities within training environments
  • Provides over-the-shoulder training and simulation support within two or more assigned functional areas
  • Achieves and maintains Basic and Subject Matter Expert certification and recertification
  • Participates in special projects and may lead workgroups and mentor personnel
