Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or corporate training certification strongly preferred
  • two or more years of leadership experience from the restaurant industry
  • good analytical and planning skills
  • competent to demonstrate the required skills
  • good interpersonal and observational skills
  • capable of creating a positive learning environment
  • ability to train, guide and lead staff
  • Serve Safe Food and ServeSafe Alcohol knowledge and certifications a plus
  • valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Work with senior management team to establish overall training objectives
  • assess the training needs of individual departments
  • evaluate the competency levels of individual trainees
  • design flexible programs using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching or online learning
  • schedule training sessions to minimize disruption while ensuring employees achieve necessary skill levels
