Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or corporate training certification strongly preferred
- two or more years of leadership experience from the restaurant industry
- good analytical and planning skills
- competent to demonstrate the required skills
- good interpersonal and observational skills
- capable of creating a positive learning environment
- ability to train, guide and lead staff
- Serve Safe Food and ServeSafe Alcohol knowledge and certifications a plus
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Work with senior management team to establish overall training objectives
- assess the training needs of individual departments
- evaluate the competency levels of individual trainees
- design flexible programs using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching or online learning
- schedule training sessions to minimize disruption while ensuring employees achieve necessary skill levels
