Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in logistics or related fields preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications
- Willingness to learn customs brokerage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to become a Certified Customs Specialist (NCBFAA) designation holder
Job Duties
- Follow requirements in client-specific SOPs
- Maintain and update SOPs based on management guidance
- Monitor individual and team work performance
- Manage all accountable client shipments from start to finish
- Research and resolve shipment errors, KPI inaccuracies, and delays
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in client and internal calls and meetings
- Implement and actively onboard new clients
- Engage in professional development and learning
- Ensure compliance with regulations, tariffs, trade agreements, and import/export restrictions
- Prepare and submit accurate customs entries and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies and customs officials
