Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of traffic experience shipping to major retailers
- retail vendor compliance experience
- 2-5 years international shipping experience
- 1-3 years experience working with freight forwarders
- English fluency
- valid IATA/ICAO, DOT 49 CFR, International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification
- ability to recognize and anticipate areas of noncompliance
- proficient in PKMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office suite
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of traffic experience shipping to major retailers
- retail vendor compliance experience
- 2-5 years international shipping experience
- 1-3 years experience working with freight forwarders
- experience with retail routing guides in luxury industry
- English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must, Spanish helpful
- college degree or equivalent
- PKMS and SAP experience
- RF environment
- Microsoft Office suite
Job Duties
- Ensure all outbound loads are called in for routing prior to cancellation dates
- manage a staff of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks
- manage all international freight
- ensure all international shipping documents are completed properly
- maintain valid IATA/ICAO, DOT 49 CFR, International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification
- ensure all customer VCG requirements are followed to minimize charge backs
- recognize and anticipate areas of noncompliance
- formulate action plans to lead to CDC conformance to the routing guides
- be the primary point of contact for all communication, extensions, and dispute resolution
