Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of traffic experience shipping to major retailers
- Retail vendor compliance experience
- 2-5 years international shipping experience
- 1-3 years experience working with freight forwarders
- Experience with retail routing guides in luxury industry
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- PKMS and SAP experience
- Experience in a RF environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Ensure all outbound loads are called in for routing prior to cancellation dates
- Manage a staff of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks
- Manage all international freight
- Ensure all international shipping documents are completed properly
- Ensure customer Vendor Compliance Guidelines are followed to minimize charge backs
- Recognize and anticipate areas of noncompliance
- Formulate action plans to lead to Distribution Center conformance to routing guides
- Act as primary point of contact for all communication, extensions, and dispute resolution
