Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of traffic experience shipping to major retailers
  • Retail vendor compliance experience
  • 2-5 years international shipping experience
  • 1-3 years experience working with freight forwarders
  • Experience with retail routing guides in luxury industry
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • PKMS and SAP experience
  • Experience in a RF environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties

  • Ensure all outbound loads are called in for routing prior to cancellation dates
  • Manage a staff of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks
  • Manage all international freight
  • Ensure all international shipping documents are completed properly
  • Ensure customer Vendor Compliance Guidelines are followed to minimize charge backs
  • Recognize and anticipate areas of noncompliance
  • Formulate action plans to lead to Distribution Center conformance to routing guides
  • Act as primary point of contact for all communication, extensions, and dispute resolution
