Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid state-issued driver’s license at time of hire
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination and comply with all DOT regulations
- Must pass Masterack’s driver background check
- Strong teamwork skills and a safety-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and squatting
- Occasional crawling or working in confined spaces
- Use of hands for gripping, handling, and repetitive tasks
- Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated areas as needed
- Comfort operating in a manufacturing plant environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow all company and departmental safety policies and procedures
- Accurately measure, read, and interpret written orders to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain zero-defect standards through quality checks and adherence to company policies
- Participate in PPS, 5S, and TPM initiatives to support continuous improvement
- Flex across functional areas to meet business needs
- Drive, park, and transport chassis and finished units, including trips to and from off-site locations and dealerships
- Check in chassis according to Masterack’s established process
- Maintain meticulous records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Work overtime as needed and operate with minimal supervision
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
