Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years administrative and/or customer service experience in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb problem-solving skills with ability to interact with customers and follow through quickly with problem resolution
- Excellent computer skills with experience in SAP, QualComm, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to promote and support a safe and productive workplace including proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques
- Previous dispatching or multi-line phone experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers
- Maintain daily/weekly reports
- Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services
- Serve as point of contact for the Drivers
- Perform various administrative duties including Ace Retailer packing list and BOLs
- Responsible for DMPS and E2Open systems
- Accurately key driver payroll into Workday
- Support drivers, stores and vendors daily
- Serve as checks and balances for routing, updating daily sheets
- Create driver packets to be placed in driver’s room
- Merge CPO freight onto regular routes
- Will cross-train on other Traffic Department job tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
