Job Requirements
- Be a safety champion promoting a safe and productive workplace through proper use of PPE, safe operation of equipment, and safe lifting techniques
- Actively contribute to a successful safety culture in the facility
- Minimum high school diploma
- Some college education preferred
- At least 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in SAP, Qualcomm, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience with dispatching or multi-line phone systems preferred
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years administrative and/or customer service experience in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interact with customers and resolve issues promptly
- Proficiency with computer software including SAP, Qualcomm, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous dispatching or multi-line phone experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers
- Maintain daily/weekly reports
- Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services
- Serve as point of contact for the Drivers
- Perform various administrative duties including managing packing lists and bills of lading
- Check in freight at the shipping office
- Create labels for mail packets
- Scan shipments to truck
- Check statements of account and convert to route
- Run bills and create driver packets
- Page for outs
- Resolve issues related to retailers, busted routes, freight, and outs
- Coordinate with traffic to merge CPO freight onto regular routes
- Perform other duties as assigned
