The North Tarrant Express (NTE), NTE 35W, and LBJ Express projects represent some of the most significant transportation infrastructure developments in Texas, specifically designed to alleviate traffic congestion and improve mobility in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan areas. These projects employ a pioneering public-private partnership (P3) model that includes design, build, finance, operate, and maintain responsibilities handled by a consortium led by Cintra, a global leader in transportation infrastructure. Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum three years relevant professional experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to read maps and charts

Job Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or three years of professional experience in transportation, traffic management, incident response, radio dispatch, or commercial operations
- familiarity with Dallas LBJ I-635, Mid-Cities Region I-183, Fort Worth 35W and I-820 geography is a plus
- strong communication skills with motorists maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
- ability to read maps and charts
- punctuality and adherence to schedules
- flexibility to rotate shifts and work nights and weekends
- multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- ability to follow detailed procedures and directions
- skill in coordinating real-time activities and priorities

Job Duties
- Utilizes DYNAC Advanced Traffic Management System software for real-time traffic monitoring and incident management
- uses CCTV cameras and multiple data sources to detect, verify, and coordinate responses to traffic events
- monitors and manually adjusts Toll Rate Sign displays based on traffic conditions
- communicates with incident responders, field personnel, public, and agencies to report road hazards and obstructions
- sends traffic advisories detailing accident type, severity, and impact
- activates and updates Dynamic Message Signs to inform motorists of ongoing traffic events and alerts
- detects and verifies field device failures and notifies maintenance staff promptly
- performs other job-related duties as assigned
