Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- engineer in training (EIT) certificate preferred
- proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
- familiarity with Synchro SimTraffic and Vissim
- strong verbal and written skills
- ability to multitask while working on many projects
- self-motivated and professional
- commitment to being an active participant in employee-owned culture

Job Duties
- prepare plans, detail drawings, and quantity estimates for traffic engineering projects
- conduct traffic modeling and traffic studies
- prepare traffic impact studies and capacity analyses
- develop signal design and traffic control plans
- collaborate effectively with project teams and clients in New England
- maintain a high level of professionalism and self-motivation
- manage multiple projects simultaneously
