Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • engineer in training (EIT) certificate preferred
  • proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
  • familiarity with Synchro SimTraffic and Vissim
  • strong verbal and written skills
  • ability to multitask while working on many projects
  • self-motivated and professional
  • commitment to being an active participant in employee-owned culture

Job Duties

  • prepare plans, detail drawings, and quantity estimates for traffic engineering projects
  • conduct traffic modeling and traffic studies
  • prepare traffic impact studies and capacity analyses
  • develop signal design and traffic control plans
  • collaborate effectively with project teams and clients in New England
  • maintain a high level of professionalism and self-motivation
  • manage multiple projects simultaneously
