Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service attitude with a willing and helpful demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights when necessary
- Adherence to company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Arrive on time dressed in uniform and maintain professional appearance
- Complete vehicle damage surveys and record parking locations accurately
- Direct vehicles safely and efficiently to designated parking spots
- Follow attendance and timekeeping procedures including clocking in/out and tip reporting
- Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules on time
- Use and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for traffic direction
- Communicate effectively with guests and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff
- Perform additional tasks to support operational and financial goals
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
