Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service attitude with a willing and helpful demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift moderate weights when necessary
  • Adherence to company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Arrive on time dressed in uniform and maintain professional appearance
  • Complete vehicle damage surveys and record parking locations accurately
  • Direct vehicles safely and efficiently to designated parking spots
  • Follow attendance and timekeeping procedures including clocking in/out and tip reporting
  • Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules on time
  • Use and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for traffic direction
  • Communicate effectively with guests and resolve issues promptly
  • Adhere to safety protocols ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Perform additional tasks to support operational and financial goals
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
