Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift moderate weights
  • willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • strong communication skills
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Arrive on time dressed in a clean and complete uniform with proper grooming
  • keep work area clean and organized
  • complete vehicle damage surveys and record parking locations accurately
  • direct vehicles efficiently and safely to designated spots
  • follow attendance and timekeeping procedures including clocking in/out and reporting tips
  • attend required staff meetings and complete training modules on time
  • use and maintain necessary equipment and supplies
  • communicate professionally with guests and clients
  • anticipate and resolve guest issues promptly
  • adhere to personal and vehicle safety precautions
  • perform additional tasks as needed to support operational goals
