Job Duties
- Directing and controlling vehicular traffic flow to prevent congestion and ensure safety
- Assisting visitors with parking in designated areas while maximizing space efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with traffic control and safety protocols
- Providing friendly customer service to visitors and addressing inquiries
- Handling traffic-related issues and resolving disputes professionally
- Collaborating with other traffic directors and festival staff to synchronize traffic management
- Installing and maintaining clear signage for parking and festival entry
- Preparing and submitting traffic reports as required
- Responding promptly to emergencies and directing emergency vehicles
