Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- clear motor vehicle record
- comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
- availability during business hours and nights/weekends on call
- ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
- English proficiency for safety communication
- ability to pass drug test
- ability to work independently and with a team
- must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Close off roads using cones and barricades
- manage two-way flagging with stop and slow signs
- load and unload trucks with traffic control equipment
- deliver and pick up barricades, signs, and traffic control materials
- complete reports and other necessary documentation
- ensure safety of motorists, pedestrians, and workers
- communicate effectively for safety coordination
