Job Requirements
- valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- clear motor vehicle record
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- availability during business hours and able to work nights and weekends when on-call
- able to lift 50lbs and stand for 6-12 hours per day
- decent communication skills with English proficiency
- must be able to pass drug test
- able to work independently and in a team
- at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- set up and manage road closures using cones and barricades
- perform two-way flagging by using stop and slow signs to direct traffic safely
- ensure the safety of motorists and pedestrians around work zones
- load and unload barricades, signs, and traffic control equipment from trucks
- maintain accurate traffic control reports
- work collaboratively with the team to uphold safety standards
- perform additional related duties as assigned
