Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a drug test
- Willingness to work outside in all weather
- Availability during business hours and on-call nights/weekends
- Physical ability to stand 6-12 hours daily
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
- Clear driving record
- Basic English proficiency for safety coordination
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication
- Capable of working nights and weekends on-call
- Able to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manage road closures and ensure safety of road users
- Use cones and barricades to control traffic flow
- Perform two-way flagging with stop and slow signs
- Load trucks and transport traffic control equipment
- Deliver and pick up barricades, signs, and other equipment
- Complete reports and other administrative tasks
- Follow safety protocols and work cooperatively in a team environment
