Job Duties
- Responsible for taking data (truck, box, truck plate and box, driver's name, customer name) of all units and loads entering and leaving the yard
- Verify that the customer's documentation carrying the truck matches the load before it departs
- Visually inspect the physical conditions of the box and report anomalies to your superior
- Enter box record in Inventory Excel file yard
- Check at the end of the shift physical inventory of boxes and reconcile with Excel inventory
- Receive documentation from traffic coordinators and send information to monitoring to receive authorization form
- Perform other duties as assigned
