Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in traffic control or security preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to work in varying weather conditions including cold, heat, and rain
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Valid identification and ability to verify credentials as required

Job Duties
- Report to post in full uniform and ready to work
- Oversee and institute daily driveway and ramp status
- Assure smooth traffic flow at the loading ramps and driveways
- Direct all deliveries to appropriate receiving points
- Monitor assigned or permitted parking spaces and assure no traffic or parking congestion or unauthorized vehicles
- Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the facility through the ramps and check credentials of persons walking down the ramps
- Maintain necessary records of ramp activity and log all vehicles entering the facility
- Provide guests and clients with facility information
- Perform all other duties as assigned by manager
