Job Requirements
- Completion of twelfth grade or equivalent
- Two years of increasingly responsible experience in sign installation or related field preferred
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers license required or ability to obtain within six months
- Ability to obtain IMSA Work Zone and Level I or II Signs and Markings certification within one year
- Ability to obtain IMSA Level I Signals and CFOT Level I within two years
- Successful background check
- Ability to pass post-offer physical and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade
- Specialized training in sign design and fabrication
- Experience in sign installation
- Experience in sign field maintenance
- Knowledge of traffic control requirements
- Ability to obtain Class A Commercial Drivers license within six-months of hire
- Ability to obtain IMSA Work Zone and Level I or II Signs and Markings certification within one year
- Ability to obtain IMSA Level I Signals and CFOT Level I within two years
- Successful completion of background check, post-offer physical and drug screening
Job Duties
- Complete data entry and various forms to document work completed, equipment and/or supplies used
- Assist with traffic counting via equipment and manual counts
- Respond to emergency call out situations
- Install temporary control devices
- Remove and install signage in all types of weather
- Assist with directing traffic in emergencies
- Be on-call on a rotating basis
