Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- traffic control supervisor certification or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years traffic control experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy objects up to 60 pounds
- willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- pass pre-employment drug test
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- traffic control supervisor certification (ATSSA or CCA) or 4000+ verifiable hours traffic control experience
- over 2 years of traffic control experience
- valid driver's license
- TMA driver experience
- familiarity with client-based scheduling
- ability to work outdoors in varied weather
- physical ability to stand 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 pounds
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Job Duties
- supervise traffic control operations at job sites
- coordinate work schedules based on client requirements
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic management plans
- lead and train traffic control teams
- manage and maintain traffic control equipment
- monitor and address on-site safety hazards
- communicate effectively with clients and team members
