Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- at least two years verifiable contract security, military, or law enforcement experience
- valid North Carolina Security License
- must have superior oral and written communication skills
- excellent interpersonal, customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- strong leadership and team mentoring skills
- competent in basic MS Office applications and email
- technically adept with automated processes
- highly organized, resourceful, detail oriented and results driven
- adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments
- strong time management, problem solving and decision-making skills
- high level of honesty, integrity and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- able to provide proof of ability to work in the United States
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record necessary for some positions
- able to meet and maintain any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing and permit requirements for Aviation Traffic Control Officers
- able to work rotating shift schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide daily direction and communication to Traffic Control officers
- schedule and control resources and work arrangements to ensure efficient and effective operations
- guide, coordinate, and control activities and work practices of the team to maximize performance
- monitor and adjust resources to address demand fluctuations
- coach Traffic Control Team on strategies to professionally respond to passenger needs
- ensure adherence to post orders and standard operating procedures
- implement and reinforce workplace safety initiatives
- conduct inspections of designated posts and provide documentation
- provide site-specific training to new officers
- maintain and inspect equipment and supplies
- report all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies
- assist in emergency response activities
- support Administrative Manager with daily shift reports and coordinating work plans
