Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license if required
- Ability to operate non-commercial and Tribe-owned vehicles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to perform job requirements including lifting and maneuvering in outdoor environments
- Ability to follow safety protocols and traffic control procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year driving experience
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the insurance carrier
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license if required
- Ability to operate or drive Tribe-owned or patron vehicles
- Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 40 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor and direct all vehicle movement to minimize congestion and ensure successful traffic flow in parking structures and roadways
- Direct, regulate, and prioritize traffic movement to minimize delays while warning of hazards using signs, flags, and hand signals
- Monitor traffic flow to identify bottlenecks and mitigate vehicle obstructions
- Communicate traffic and parking rules and information to guests and pedestrians
- Report unsafe driver behavior to management or authorities
- Distribute traffic control signs and markers at designated points as instructed
- Operate non-commercial vehicles for personnel transportation
- Perform basic roadside assistance and maintenance tasks
- Report safety hazards and traffic problems
- Follow safety rules and regulations including placement of signs, barricades, and cones
- Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operation
