Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have or be willing to obtain a Traffic Control Flagger Card
- Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license
- Have a dependable vehicle for commuting
- Submit to and pass a drug screening test
- Submit to and pass a criminal background check
- Be willing to work flexible hours and overtime
- Be willing to drive up to 50 miles to job sites
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain or possess a Traffic Control Flagger Card
- Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand and perform repetitive movements for long hours
- Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
Job Duties
- Stand on cement and various surfaces for extended periods, possibly up to 8-12 hours per day
- Control traffic using signaling devices such as paddles to ensure safety
- Bend at the waist, stoop, squat, and bend at the knees regularly
- Reach above head with full upper mobility
- Lift and carry 10 lbs continuously, 30 lbs occasionally, and up to 50 lbs rarely
- Follow specific instructions accurately and communicate quickly and effectively with team members
- Drive up to 50 miles to job sites as required
