Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- pass background check including motor vehicle records
- successfully pass drug test and meet federal DOT requirements
- wear proper safety equipment including work boots with safety toe, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest
- operate two-way radio
- willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings
- provide effective communication with contractors and internal teams while delivering high-level customer service
- work well in team environment
- excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and strong work ethic
- complete ATSSA Flagger training course and company-sponsored Defensive Driver training
- willingness to travel statewide with occasional overnight stays
- ability to work nights and weekends
- availability for rotating on-call schedule
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices around work areas to divert traffic
- effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles
- maintain clear and effective communication with team members using two-way radios
- regularly stand and walk and reach with hands and arms for up to 10 hours a day
- lift, carry, push, pull, and move items over 50 pounds
- drive company vehicles to transport traffic control equipment to and from job sites
- perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
