Job Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Availability Monday–Friday during daytime hours
- Physical endurance to stand for 8-12 hours
- Ability to walk 1-2 miles per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain safe construction work zones
- Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients
- Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
- Assist crew leaders in setting up and maintaining work zones
- Guide traffic safely through work zones using appropriate equipment and communication
