Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in traffic control or safety-related roles advantageous but not required
- ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- strong communication skills

- willingness to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per day
- capacity to lift 50 to 60 pounds
- willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
- experience driving
- ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug testing
Job Duties
- Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment
- collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel and road users
- manage traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles
- deliver exceptional service and protection to clients
- monitor and report any unsafe conditions promptly
- adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations
