- valid driver’s license
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy objects
- willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- experience driving
- pass background check and drug screening
- safety sensitive role compliance

Job Duties
- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment
- collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all
- managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- delivering exceptional service and protection to clients
- maintaining awareness of surrounding traffic conditions
- adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- reporting hazards and incidents promptly
