- Ability to stand for long periods 8-12 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all
- Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- Delivering exceptional service and protection to clients
- Observing and responding to traffic and environmental conditions
- Communicating clearly with motorists and coworkers
- Reporting any safety hazards or incidents promptly
