Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy weights
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Experience driving a vehicle
- Reliable and punctual
- Safety-sensitive mindset
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings
- Experience driving
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including a drug test
- Strong observational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all
- Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- Delivering exceptional service and protection to our clients
- Following safety protocols and responding promptly to hazard situations
- Communicating clearly with motorists and construction personnel
- Assisting with setup and breakdown of traffic control devices
