- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using proper equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all
- Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- Delivering exceptional service and protection to clients
- Communicating clearly with drivers and workers to control traffic
- Monitoring and adapting to changing traffic and weather conditions
- Complying with safety regulations and company policies
