- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using proper equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure safety
- Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- Delivering exceptional service and protection to clients
- Observing traffic conditions and communicating hazards
- Following safety protocols and regulations
- Assisting in setup and teardown of traffic control devices
