Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test
- willingness to work outdoors in different weather
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- valid driver’s license
- no felony convictions
- ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- ability to lift 50-60 pounds

Job Duties
- Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment
- collaborate with team members to ensure workplace safety
- manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- deliver exceptional service and protection to clients
- monitor work zones continuously for potential hazards
- report any safety incidents or equipment issues promptly
