Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Physical capability to lift heavy objects
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to work outdoors in different weather

Job Duties

  • Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using proper equipment
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure safety of all
  • Managing traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles
  • Delivering exceptional service and protection to clients
  • Monitoring traffic conditions and responding to hazards
  • Communicating effectively with drivers and pedestrians
  • Following all safety regulations and company policies
