Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Passing pre-employment drug screening
Job Qualifications

- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings
- Experience driving
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test
- Strong observational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using proper equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure safety of all
- Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- Delivering exceptional service and protection to clients
- Monitoring traffic conditions and communicating hazards promptly
- Setting up and removing traffic control devices according to project requirements
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines at all times
