Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- valid driver's license
- willingness to work in outdoor and varying weather conditions
- passing of pre-employment drug screening
- reliable transportation to and from work
- basic understanding of traffic control principles
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs
- willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings
- experience driving
- ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test
- strong observational skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment
- collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all
- managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- delivering exceptional service and protection to clients
- monitoring and communicating traffic conditions and hazards
- adhering to safety regulations and company policies
- assisting in the setup and removal of traffic control devices
