Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day and lift 50-60 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Establish and maintain safe work zones using the appropriate equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall safety
- Manage traffic flow efficiently with stop/slow paddles
- Provide exceptional service and protection to clients
- Monitor traffic and environmental conditions for hazards and respond accordingly
- Communicate clearly with motorists and co-workers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
