Job Requirements

  • desire more than a job, want a career
  • 1-3 years traffic control experience with ATSSA Flagger certification
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • current clear state driver’s license
  • availability to travel 100 percent of the time
  • ability to work early mornings, overtime, weekends and nights when required
  • willingness to work outdoors in hot or cold weather conditions
  • compliance with Federal Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years traffic control work experience
  • ATSSA Flagger certification
  • ability to lead a small team
  • strong problem-solving skills

  • valid state driver’s license
  • ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Job Duties

  • lead a crew of 2-4 team members to set up traffic control
  • set up construction work zones
  • operate company trucks and hand tools
  • load and unload equipment
  • conduct routine equipment maintenance and daily inspections
  • complete daily logs
  • communicate problems
  • comply with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • travel to worksites throughout the Miami area
