Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience driving
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and screenings
  • Reliable and safety-conscious
  • Legal authorization to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safety of all
  • Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
  • Deliver exceptional service and protection to clients

  • Monitor traffic and work zone conditions
  • Communicate clearly with motorists and colleagues
