Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No college degree required
- Prior experience not mandatory but preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and independently
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent observational skills
- Willingness to work in different traffic settings

Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Experience driving
- Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug test
Job Duties
- Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety
- Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- Deliver exceptional service and protection to clients
- Monitor traffic conditions and communicate hazards
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist in setting up and dismantling traffic control devices
