Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety instructions and protocols
Job Qualifications
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours a day
- Capable of lifting 50 to 60 pounds
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings
- Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug test
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in traffic control or similar role preferred
Job Duties
- Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all
- Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- Deliver exceptional service and protection to clients
- Monitor traffic patterns and report hazards
- Communicate clearly with drivers and coworkers
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
