Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Benefit eligible after 90 days
  • Ability to move, lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • High school diploma or GED
  • No prior hospitality experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized service and attention to meet all guest needs including delivering coffee and tea on request
  • Prepare arrival notes for new arrivals and communicate important preferences across the hotel
  • Coordinate and review room keys and verify each room detail meets guest expectations
  • Coordinate with Front Desk to escort early arrivals and VIP guests to their rooms
  • Work closely with Guest Services and Engineering departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Handle guest laundry pickup, ensure timely delivery and return
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain personal grooming and clean professional uniform
  • Protect company property and maintain confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests per company standards
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs including assistance for persons with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and answer phones with proper etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Support team to achieve common goals
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Remain standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods during shifts
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
