Job Duties
- deliver coffee and tea upon request
- prepare notes of new arrivals to communicate guest preferences
- coordinate with front desk to prepare VIP rooms
- check room key and verify room details
- escort early arrivals and VIP guests to rooms
- complete butler flags and send pre-arrival emails
- coordinate with Guest Services and Engineering on guest requests
- pick up and deliver laundry promptly
- report accidents and unsafe work conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- assist guests with disabilities
- use clear and professional language
- answer telephone calls with proper etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- stand or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable duties as requested
