Job Duties

  • deliver coffee and tea upon request
  • prepare notes of new arrivals to communicate guest preferences
  • coordinate with front desk to prepare VIP rooms
  • check room key and verify room details
  • escort early arrivals and VIP guests to rooms
  • complete butler flags and send pre-arrival emails
  • coordinate with Guest Services and Engineering on guest requests
  • pick up and deliver laundry promptly
  • report accidents and unsafe work conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • assist guests with disabilities
  • use clear and professional language
  • answer telephone calls with proper etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • stand or walk for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested
