Job Requirements

One year of food service or Barista experience
Possess basic knowledge of food and coffee preparation
Must have a general knowledge of coffee beverages served
Ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions
Perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to learn and use POS computer systems used at the hotel
Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year of food service or Barista experience
Basic knowledge of food and coffee preparation
General knowledge of coffee beverages
Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Experience within a hotel or resort environment preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

Provide exceptional guest service while preparing and serving quality coffee and food products
Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment
Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by providing information about available options
Handle cash and operate POS computer systems accurately
Ensure timely service during AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts
Uphold the hotel’s standards for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service
